In conjunction with with our Head Chefs, Thawatchai the style of our food is now central Thailand which we feel appeals to all tastes and recently added some speciality dishes in the Chef Special Menu etc.

We infuse the five fundamental flavours of Thai cuisine into our cooking: hot, sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Traditional ingredients are used such as lemon grass, coconut, coriander, galangal, Thai basil and mint to create delicious food based on authentic Thai cuisine. We pride ourselves on not using any MSG or preservatives in our cooking instead relying on fresh, local food to produce delicious Thai Food that delights the senses with wonderful flavours.

The style of our food is based on central Thailand where the emphasis is on moderate flavours with herbs and sugar. It is also referred to as Royal Cuisine as our dishes are elaborately prepared. Choose from a range of dishes including stir-fries, sizzling flambé dishes, curries, seafood, rice and noodle dishes. We also have a range of international quality wines that you can choose from along with coffees and teas. There is a fantastic variety of sweet desserts on offer also to cater for the sweet tooth!
